Unique scented liqueur, produced by the mastic trees of Monastery of Saint George in Emporeio of Santorini (dependency of Prophet Elias' Monastery). Its dark colour as a result of the tree's small stems and "mastic tears", which are used during the manufacturing process.
Mastic liqueur can be an excellent digestive drink when served cold, as well as a divine combination with cookies and sweets.
